1. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
At this time, all sales are final. Due to the energetic and unique nature of crystals and the hygiene considerations of jewelry, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
Please ensure you’re confident in your selection before purchasing. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out to us within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right with a store credit or replacement (if available).
2. Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?
Because orders are processed quickly and often packed right away, we cannot accept cancellations once your order has been submitted.
3. What if my crystal looks different from the photo?
Crystals are natural gifts from the Earth — which means each one is inherently unique. Color, size, shape, inclusions, and patterns will vary slightly from photos. These aren’t flaws — they’re part of the beauty and individuality of every stone.
4. Do you offer local delivery in Houston?
Yes! We offer free local delivery within 6 miles of central Houston on orders of $30 or more.
Select “Local Delivery” at checkout, and we’ll contact you to coordinate a safe weekend drop-off or public meetup.
5. How long will it take to get my order?
- Processing Time: 3–5 business days
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
We’ll send you tracking info via email as soon as your order ships.
⏳ Please note: delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or other unexpected events.
6. What if my package gets lost, stolen, or damaged in transit?
Once your package leaves our hands, we are no longer responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.
If something happens in transit, we’re happy to help you with tracking info or documentation to file a claim with the shipping provider.
7. What if I gave the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order. We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
8. Are your products safe for kids?
While beautiful, many of our crystals and jewelry pieces are not suitable for children under 12. Small stones and components may pose a choking hazard.
Prism & Pebble products are meant for decorative, spiritual, and adult wellness use only. Always store out of reach of children and supervise use in homes with kids or pets.
9. Can I use crystals for healing or mental health?
Our crystals are chosen for their beauty, symbolism, and supportive energy — but they are not medical tools or substitutes for professional care.
We always encourage you to trust your intuition, and also to seek licensed support when needed. Crystals can be part of your self-care, but they’re not a cure-all.
