Shipping Policy – Prism & Pebble Co.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Processing times may be extended during holidays or peak seasons.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

 

Local Delivery (Houston Area Only)

We offer free local delivery within 6 miles of central Houston on orders of $30 or more.

To select this option, choose “Local Delivery” at checkout. We will coordinate a safe drop-off or mutually agreed-upon public meetup location.

Most deliveries are completed on the weekends after processing.

 

 

 

Order Responsibility

Once your order has been dropped off at the designated shipping facility or handed off for local delivery, Prism & Pebble Co. is no longer responsible for the package.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delays or delivery failures caused by the shipping carrier
  • Damage that occurs during transit

If any of the above occurs, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We are happy to assist you with documentation or tracking details, but we cannot issue refunds, send replacements, or accept responsibility for any damage, delay, or loss once the package has left our hands.

 

 

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges (Crystals & Jewelry)

 

Please note: All sales of crystal items and jewelry are final.

Due to the natural variations, metaphysical nature, and hygiene-related considerations of these items, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow exchanges for crystal products or jewelry under any circumstances.

 

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please use this information to monitor your shipment’s status directly with the carrier.
