Hi, I’m Stephanie — the heart and hands behind Prism & Pebble.

As a second-generation Filipino-American, mental health and self-care weren’t always at the forefront of my life. Like many, I grew up pushing through the chaos without really understanding what it meant to pause and take care of my emotional well-being. That all changed in my 30s after being diagnosed with ADHD, depression, and anxiety — a turning point that led me on a journey of healing, self-discovery, and creativity.

In the mess, I found magic.
Junk journaling, diamond painting, and self-care rituals became my refuge. They gave me a creative way to process and breathe. But it wasn’t until I stumbled upon the world of crystals that everything clicked. What started as a love for sparkle quickly turned into a deeply personal and spiritual practice. Pocket stones, palm crystals, and mindful rituals became tools that helped me manage stress, calm my mind, and ground my energy.

Then, life hit hard.
I lost my mother in 2022, and my father followed in 2024. That grief cracked something open in me — a realization that life is too short to not pursue your purpose. That’s when Prism & Pebble was born.
