Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Prism & Pebble, we value transparency, intention, and care in every order. Please review the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. All Crystal & Jewelry Sales Are Final

Due to the natural, energetic, and one-of-a-kind nature of crystals and crystal jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on personal preference, energetic perception, or expected outcomes.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges on crystal or jewelry products once an order has been placed. Please be sure you feel confident in your selection before purchasing, as each piece is thoughtfully chosen and individually unique.

3. No Order Cancellations

Orders containing crystal and jewelry items cannot be canceled once placed, as they are processed promptly for packing and shipment.

 

4. Natural Variations

All of our crystals are formed naturally by the Earth. Variations in color, shape, size, inclusions, surface texture, or pattern are natural characteristics and part of each piece’s beauty. These variations are not considered defects.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Case-by-Case Review)

We take great care in packaging, but we understand that issues may occasionally occur during transit.

If your crystal or crystal jewelry arrives damaged, broken, incorrect, or not as described, please email us at prismandpebbleco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will work with you to discuss a resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Please note: damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
